Rules & Regulations 

Thank you for showing interest in CIMA.

Please read the following rules & regulations carefully before seeking admission.

1. Please ensure that you collect the admission form based on the application process. The completed form should be submitted along with the necessary documents and the registration fee.

2. To secure admission, students must Summit Aadher card, Admit card, Mark sheet.

3. Admission does not guarantee transport facility. The CIMA in Cuttack reserves the right to extend transport facilities to the student upon availability of seats and location. The CIMA decision will be considered final.

4. Admission will be considered complete once all formalities are completed and requisite documents are submitted to the CIMA office within the stipulated time.

 

Filling up the Registration Form.

  1. The Registration Form is to be filled in BLOCK LETTERS and submitted in person to the CIMA in Cuttack between 10am to 4pm within the dates specified. 

  2. The age criteria is strictly observed. the management holds the right to cancel the Registration. (Refer Govt age Criteria)

  3. Registration does not imply admission. It is subject to assessment / interaction and the availability of seats.

  4. At the time of Registration, a Registration processing fee of Rs. 5000/- payable in Cash / Cheque / Online must be submitted at the CIMA office in Cuttack along with the following documents.

  • Duly filled up and signed Registration Form

  • Aadhar card Xerox of Father, Mother Student.

  • Students Date of Birth Certificate (Xerox).

  • Passport Photo: father, Mother, Student 3 copy each.

  • Admit card, Mark sheet, Cast Certificate (Xerox)

  • School Conduct, Leaving, Migration (Original) for class 11th

 

Note: Registration will not be carried out if any of the above documents are missing. Incomplete or illegible Registration Form will not be accepted.​

 

  1. ​ Annual fees is charged for the financial year from April to March. (The annual fee is raised in advance and must be paid full in advance before the commencement of a session).

  2. Please ensure full payment for the relevant quarter. All quarterly fees must be paid on or before the 10th of the first month of the relevant quarter.

Payments are to be made in either of the following methods:

 

  1. Cash can be directly deposited at the CIMA Accounts Department.

  2. Through A/C payee Cheque's to be submitted in person to the CIMA in Cuttack office. 

  3. Online Payment Screen Shot can be directly Share at the CIMA Accounts Department.

  4. No student will be allowed to attend the CIMA unless all outstanding dues are cleared.
