​Direct Admission Cut-off:

​FRESHERS : 300 Marks
DROPPERS: 400 Marks

​If anyone scores Above Cut-off Marks in NEET UG-2026, they can get admission without the CIMA Admissions Test with the normal fee modality.

This is to inform that the admission procedure for the selected candidates will be held between 9am to 5pm at CIMA office, Govindpur, Chakradharpur, Cuttack-754006.

Documents to be submitted during the admission are as follows:
1. Photocopy of aadhaar card of the student and both parents
2. Colour passport size photo copy: 2 no.
3. Photocopy of 12th Certificate (if not received, then submit the downloaded marksheet fromthe website)
4. Photocopy of caste certificate (if applicable)
5. PwD certificate (if applicable)
6. NTA NEET UG-2026 Score card
**The original of the above documents are needed for the verification during admission.

FEE STRUCTURE:
• The total fee is Rs. 2,40,000/- only.
• Students need to pay an amount of Rs.1,20,000/- only (by cash or UPI which is non-refundable at any circumstances), during admission.
• A post-dated cheque (PDC) of Rs.1,20,000/- has to be deposited during the admission which will be encashed only after getting a Govt. MBBS seat. Otherwise, this will not be Considered as valid.
​• Hostel accommodation is compulsory for all.
*Both student and parents need to sign a legal bond as a consent in regards to the above at the time of admission. (N.B.A. sample copy of the bond is attached below).​​

Mr./ Mrs. ______ , aged about ______ years, S/o- ______ , Aadhaar No. ______, At- ______ , Po- ______ , Ps- ______ , Dist- ______ , Pin- ______ on behalf of his son / daughter ________ .
………………….. hereinafter 2nd Party.
 
WHEREAS 1st Party is a leading Educational Institution in Odisha providing coaching to the students for Medical (NEET UG) and the 2nd Party desires to admit his son/daughter in the institution of the 1st Party to take Medical (NEET UG) coaching and both the parties agreed to bind themselves under the following terms and conditions:-
1. That, the 1st Party is providing coaching classes for Medical (NEET UG) aspirins subject to some conditions which have been accepted by the 2nd Party.
2. That, be it mention here that, the students provisionally admitted in this coaching shall maintain the discipline norms of the institution.
3. That the prescribed charges of the tuition fees is mandatory for the students who succeed / qualify in the entrance exam.
4. That, the 2nd Party if successfully gets a Govt. MBBS seat (NEET UG) has to pay a sum of Rs. 1,20,000/- (One Lakh Twenty thousand only) to the 1st Party and be it mention here that it is also applicable to the students, who discontinue. In case of discontinuing whatever may be.
5. That it is agreed by the 2nd Party that after being qualified he/she or their guardian cannot take part in any advertisement to other institution.
6. That, in case of any dispute the matter will be refereed to arbiter or to the legal jurisdiction within Cuttack Court.
7. That, in case of any default by the 2nd Party the 1st Party at his liberty to collect the amount by filing suit in the Court or by help of Police.
8. That, in presence of witnesses both the parties put their respective signatures on the day mentioned above after understanding the contents of this agreement.
